Building something bigger

More than individual teams. One Brighton basketball program.

Brighton has a proud tradition of youth athletics. Our goal is to bring that same level of organization, community involvement, and long-term development to boys basketball.

For the 2026–27 season, we're bringing together seven competitive travel teams under one organization, with shared standards, dedicated coaches, and a unified vision — a lasting program where players grow together, coaches collaborate, and families feel connected.

Building the future together

Brighton Varsity Basketball Coach Darren Franklin is actively involved in supporting the development of our youth program.

We want our youngest players to see a future in Brighton basketball.

By bringing youth coaches and the varsity program closer together, we aim to establish a consistent basketball philosophy, shared development standards, and greater opportunities for young Brighton players to learn from experienced coaches and older athletes.
