Our Story
Building Brighton Basketball Together
One community. One basketball program. A shared vision for the future.
A connected, well-run program from an early age.
Built to last beyond any individual team, coach, or graduating class.
Brighton Boys Youth Basketball was organized around a simple idea: Brighton's youth basketball players deserve a connected, well-run program that supports their development from an early age.
For years, teams at different grade levels have operated largely independently. While dedicated coaches and families have created valuable opportunities, we believe Brighton can accomplish much more by working together.
We're bringing these teams under one organization with shared leadership, consistent coaching standards, coordinated scheduling, and a long-term vision for basketball development.
Our goal is to build something that lasts beyond any individual team, coach, or graduating class.
Our Mission
To provide Brighton boys with a positive, competitive, and development-focused basketball experience that teaches fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the game.
Our Vision
To establish a sustainable youth basketball organization offering opportunities for players at every level, from introductory skills and recreational basketball to competitive travel teams and preparation for school basketball.

Next
Skills academy for younger players and seasonal clinics.
Future
A community house league for more Brighton kids.
Growth
Additional teams where players, coaches, and facilities allow.
