We do not publish children's contact information.
Full player rosters are kept private by default.
Guardian permission is obtained before publishing player images or identifiable media.
Access to registration records is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based permissions.
We collect only the personal information necessary to run the program.
Payment-card details are never stored on this website — payments use a reputable hosted processor.
Secure data retention and deletion procedures will be maintained.
Public news and private team communications are kept separate.

Coaches and volunteers working with children must complete applicable screening and safeguarding requirements.

Safety concerns should be reported to program leadership immediately — they are never subject to a waiting period.

Injury reporting, emergency contacts, and program policies will be shared with all registered families.
